‘And so our mothers and grandmothers have, more often than not anonymously, handed on the creative spark, the seed of the flower they themselves never hoped to see – or like a sealed letter they could not plainly read.

Are you a Mum Ultrapreneur?

Well, if you’re a Mum you are already half way there right? And you probably already have all the skills and abilities you need to be a successful entrepreneur too. Or business mum, or WAHM (Work At Home Mum), or freelancer, or even a kitchen table tycoon. You choose the label?

So if you are in business for yourself and a mother, or are thinking about it, this book is for you. You are, or could be, a Mum Ultrapreneur.

“All mothers are working mothers.” – Unknown

Well, despite all the recent media interest and the creation of titles like “Lipstick Entrepreneurs, it’s a myth to believe business acumen amongst women and mothers, in particular, is a new phenomenon. Looking back through history it would be hard, well probably impossible to find an era where mothers did not work. Even in the middle classes of the Victorian era the woman of the house were responsible for the household – its budget and servants.

The difference is that today we have more options. The only limitations are those we put on ourselves. So, if you are a mum and wish to, or need to work then starting up your own business maybe the solution to acheiving a satisfing and lucrative work/life balance.

In our book we have talked to over 30 mums who are running their own businesses. Do you want to be part of the largest growing sector of our economy? Then Mum Ultrapreneur will provide you with all the inspiration you need to just do it!
